Hello and Welcome.
As growler2058 said
you need to replace the axle seals.

I strongly recommend you do not drive this car in it's current state until you have replaced the axle seals. Doing so would risk having the diff seize up which would be disastrous if you're in the middle of nowhere.

You need to buy replacement axle seals then assuming you're front wheels are leaking:
1. Remove both wheels
2. Take out the swivel hubs
2. remove the diff center to replace the axle seals
3. clean out hubs to remove the diff oil
4. re-grease hubs
5. put all parts back together
6. refill the diff with gear oil
7. test drive and monitor for leaks.

Let us know hoe you go and if you need more detailed instructions
