Which oil to use

Hey fellas / ladies

Im going to do a major service on my gu 2.8 diesel over the xmas holidays.

Whats a decent oil to use?

Should i check my diff oil and gear box oil? if so whats a good oil for that?

I was watching 4wd action dvd and they were going on about liqui moly? Thoughts?

Its just about to click on to 210,000ks.

I have 200,k on my 04 3ltr TD I use Penrite 5/40 fully synthetic every 5000k
great Aussie oil before that Nissan oil, again no problems.

Wouldn't be putting additives in the oil
