gq ute fuel tank into gq swb will it fit

Im undertaking a td42 conversion to replace my tb42.being on gas it has a small fuel tank and a gas tank.iv found a good conditon gq diesel ute tankwill it bolt straight into my swb gq patrol

Rear tank or under driver tank??
I thought utes ran main tanks in our sub tank possie?
How much is it going for??

Im getting a whole heap if parts for 100. I have a gas tank in the rear and a smaller 40l tank under the drivers side. So hopefully I can re use that and just replace tje gas tank

I think it may all depend on if the ute was a coil cab or a leafy....................... hopefully Ben-e-boy or Nissannewby spots this thread, or maybe one of our other ute owning members

Im going to see the car this afternoon so ill find out if its coil or not. But yeah any extra info woukd be great

as far as Im aware the coil cab fuel tank fits into the same slot as a wagon but not sure about the leafy.................... but again I maybe wrong, so hoping one of the ute owners will see this

well I went and had a look, and the tank looks like it will fit but I need a confirmation, his ute didn't have a sub tank
