hi , Shep is my nicknamethis is my first post and I am fed up with hopeless mechanics

seasons greetings to all
I am getting a thumping noise from the driveline of my gq when getting on and off the throttle
have just replaced the clutch which probably shows up the thumping even more
the engine and gearbox mounts seem ok , I was thinking it could be the trailing arms or panhard bushes
any help would be appreciated
