Hey folks... pretty green in the 4x4 world, got my hands on a 4,2 ltr deisel/LPG converterd engine.
Would love to hear opinions on pro's and con's...

from my understanding the gas is only turned on when you need extra oomph to tow or get up a hill, may be wrong but if you use the search function at the top right of the home page you will find plenty of info by doing that rather than posting for everything you ask and then you can ask more informed questions on what you need.

25 or not IMO I think diesel/gas is just another thing which needs maintenance and another thing to go wrong.
was all the rage a few years back, cant see how it increases fuel economy if you need the put extra fuel in it'

It increases the fuel economy because it burns the diesel better and gives you more power, requiring less right boot. Even tho you are putting extra fuel in, gas is also a lot cheaper then diesel. Plus im pretty sure it uses barely any gas.

yes and i believe torque can be improved by up to 50%, thats good imho
