RLI update

Hey my fellow patrollites,

Thought I'd let you know as to the whereabouts of our good friend RLI (Paul). I've been speaking to him every week or so and visitted him last week to see how hes been going. So far he's still fighting this illness and was on 32 tablets of antibiotics a day, now they bumped him up to 34 + a needle jab every day, The medication has him quite run down hence why he hasn't shown his mug around here much of late, He tells me he has another specialist appointment this week to see where he is at and his options are.

All in all he's ok but down due to not being able to do much at all! He did mention 3d and a fella from lismore rang him to see how he was going, I encourage anyone that has his number to give him a ring and have a chat with him, I know it makes him feel good having chats with people of common interests as himself. He tells me he will still be in vic for the meetup, may not be driving maybe flying, but it won't stop him from meeting everyone but he may be chauffeured around instead of driving.

I'll be seeing him tomorrow arvo so if anyone wants to pass on a message leave it here and I can print it up and give it to him :)

Good on you Eric,

I sent Paul a pm last week and have avoided calling him as I know he is not well and did not want to intrude. I thought of calling him as late as this afternoon.

Please give him my regards mate. Also if you could ask him to check my pm for details and options for the Vic Meetup that would be great and I will make it happen.
