G'day all

time ago I found this forum, but until now only as a reader. There are two reasons on that: I live very far away from Australia, and my English is not very good. Usually I need to use google translator to find some words, and I can not express myself as I would like. This is an important issue to write in a forum, but anyway, but i love this forum and mechanics topics, and someday I had to start. :)

I'm from Spain, but I live in Panama for 5 years ago.

In Spain I have (yet) a '93 Nissan Patrol Top Line II with RD28T engine. In Panama as a daily car I have a '05 Patrol GU LWB with TD42 engine, and few month ago I bought another Nissan Patrol: a '97 GQ SWB also with TD42. This last one, only for Offroad use, and it is in process to modifie.

Yesterday I post my first question in this forum, about the knuckles bearings, but I already find it, I bought the KOYO 30304 AJR :) Right now I have all my front axle desasembled, putting 4.62 r&p, ARB locker, and auverhaul all bearings and seals...

Sorry for my English, and for not introducing before my first post..

Cheers!!!

Great photos, looks like you like having serious fun in the shorty.
Thanks for sharing.

Thank you TPC.

Yes, I enjoy my old shorty for extrem uses, I don't care to scratch or hit the body... :)

The newer LWB in Panama I also enjoy it, but for adventur trips, camping, light offroad, and daily drive.

Now the GQ Project is for extrem use in Panama, Jungle trips... lot and deep mud. I hope will enjoy it like my Spanish shorty: doesn't matter to scratch or hit the body!!

In Panama most offroad friends has Jeep's or Toyotas. The main reason is because here you can find lots of aftermarket parts and accesories or buy it in USA, and cheap!! Instead for Patrol, that I need to find parts in Europe or Australia... and more expensive!! But I still prefer the Nissan Patrol !!! :) :) :)
