low power 2.8 turbo diesel

hello all, just wondering if there is anything i can do to make my 2.8 go a little better? Can a diesel use extractors and still run a turbo? or a larger turbo? Would a larger diameter exhaust help? Fuel pump service maybe? I don't expect miracles , but a bit more power would be nice. putting a bigger engine in sounds like a lot of work and a bit of a headache. What do you all think?

I got a 3" straight pipe and lower diff gears if your pushing 33" or higher always worth doing all else fails you could get a chip :P but theres some coin in that

I am the second owner and don't know what, if any changes have been made to the the diff gears, they are probably standard? Thanks for your input.
