Gq front seat rails

Hi all

I have a small problem with my front passenger seat rails, in that they have abit of movement between the two sliding sections. When the seat is unoccupied, it does cause the seat to shake abit and annoys the crap out if me. I was wondering if anyone had any possible solutions to this?

I think I have a spare....? not sure I will have to check.

My drivers one does it but I gave my good one to Nisshead not knowing mine was about to play up!!! bugger....

The piece that grabs the teeth on the rail was missing on one side of the mechanism, on mine, so I made up one from mild steel. Works fine now. It may be better to make one from a better quality steel, though.
