Thought you all might be, but as said - was scanning through for the son's first rig and thought they may be of interest (looking for a shorty with some mods - basically want a two seater to remove the 'peer pressure' thing of having multiple people in the car, not overly powerful/fast as such, and obviously something he can get to the beach etc in as we are close to a lot of islands etc, and he loves driving on the beach - probably a Mav, but will have another L then P plater on the forum soon!!!).

In my searches for Patrols in the last few months I'm suprised how many good SWB 4.2 diesels are available.

Loads more low km SWB's then LWB's.

If only I was still in bachelor days...lol

Interesting advert, the guy is selling everything with the Patrol. Fishing rods, chairs, shovels, axes, nets, cups, cuttlery, solar shower, fridge.....Even fishing hooks.

Either the partner has passed away or this guy has just said to himself....The hell with camping, I'm over it!

TAKE IT, TAKE IT ALL!!!!!!!!!!

Zook would fit your requirments perfectly. Awesome 4x4 too.

Definitely looking at them too mate - good little go anywhere box, but my only concern here is his safety. Not the meatiest of rigs on the road and don't fare too well in most safety reports and/or if hit! Figured a shorty gives him all the 'go anywhere' he'll want to kick things off, but a bit more meat on the safety side, even if only in my mind!

Thanks for the suggestion though mate - so far have looked at Feroza's, Sierra's, Mav Shorty's, older Jeeps etc and he is dead set stuck on the shorty's so far - likes the look which is about all a young fella thinks of!! LOL

Thanks champion! I can only assume the fridge work is filling it and then emptying the contents in as timely a fashion as possible? That's a job I could probably help you with!! LOL!!!

You up for the trip to Landcruiser Park on the weekend of the 25th??? Only down the road from you.
