hey guys wanting to know how to tell if my car is st sti dx or what......Howw can I tell,trying to get insurance quote and wouldn't have a clue.

Chrome trim? Fancy panels along door panels..
From pics of yours I think it's an st.

Yep mine is a Ti with velour (ooh baby!).
It has electric mirrors and windows. Sway disconnect.

Have you tried the Nissan Fast software?

my old GQ was a 1989, with carpet, cloth seats, carpet on door trims etc, sway disconnect, everything BUT he eleccy windows

Nissan said it was a Standard, because they didnt bring in the DX, ST & TI untill 1990

I must have a good car then hey,i was looking for a 4wd and a mate said you can't go past a Nissan gq..so started reading the papers and looking..this was the first one I seen so I rang up,told them I was interested but still needed another month for what they were asking..12,500.it had bar work spotties 130 plus 70 lt fuel tanks 4.2 turbo aircon front and rear,electric brakes for trailer and only 151 thou on the clock(6 yrs ago this is)
Anywho showed them 9 cash and it was enough.this is her when I got it.look different now but still runs true and only has 220 thou on it now

before and after 6 yrs of ownership.
