RD28t glow plug issues.

I have a problem with my gq,glow plug dash light doesn't come on, i checked globe and is ok,doesn't appear to be any power to the fuel shut off solenoid,could someone give me some idea as to where to look,i have checked all fuses and fusible links.

Does the vehicle start?, just cranks over? or does nothing when you try to start it.

Do the other warning lights come on in the dash when you turn the ignition on?

With the ignition on, do fuses 5 & 8 in the fusebox inside the vehicle (counting down from the top, fuse column closest to the front of the vehicle) have power both sides of the fuse?

Does the vehicle have an alarm fitted or had water inside the vehicle recently?

Thanks for the reply mate,No car wont start just cranks over,all the other warning lights work,i have checked fuses and are ok but i will check that they have power both sides,and no alarm system or water in the car.
