Hi there,
just thought I'd do a short intro before diving into Patrol related questions!

I picked up a 91 ST GQ patrol in February 2012 and although it needed a bit of work (and still does), thus far I'm loving the toughness and reliability of the patrols. I'm not too sure about the specs with the modifications but it has about a 3-4" body lift and extended shackles as well as a mining tray. I'm still not sure if I want to keep the paint job as its got bright red racing stripes down the cab and bonnet! Recently replaced the tyres, steering arms and dampener, repacked the bearings, replaced the water pump, thermostat, belts and hoses, fan, and flushed the radiator. Still needs quite a bit doing to it, but I'm looking forward to meeting and asking questions of more experienced patrol enthusiasts!

Cheers,
James

Excuse the dodgy edit of the number plate

Its a TD42 Threedogs, and I believe its been taken out of a '93 GQ (according to the bloke who painted it, who I met at the local servo once).
