Vitals to keep an eye on?

Hey guys
I got given a 2 guage pillar pod by a mate
And have 2 more holes where my clock and ciggarette lighter were
What guages does everyone recommend I run?
Water temp is already one
What else?
Oil pressure
Oil temp
Air fuel ratio
Vacuum?
Tb42 petrol carb
Manual
Non turbo

A clock so you know when beer o'clock is... :D

Apart from oil pressure there is mot much atm. If you plan to turbo it then boost and egt.
