Hi all ... Just thought I'd post here before diving into asking questions.

Long time Toyota driver from the South West region of WA, however recently upgraded to a 2009 Patrol in order to tow our camper trailer in, around and over this great country of ours on an adventure with the wife and kids.

So far loving the Patrol ... different than the Prado we had previously, however feels far more capable and makes towing the camper heaps easier.

Mods currently include dual batteries, UHF, rack, 2" lift with upgraded shocks and springs, anti corrosion thingo (currently on the blink ... on the question list), cargo barrier ... Oh and a HEAP of scratches!

Still needing new tyres, anti corrosion thingo fixed, steel bull bar and winch, rear spare wheel carrier, good seat covers ... Oh and a cut, polish and wax!

Looking forward to learning heaps, asking (read bugging) heaps and meeting other Patrol owners while on our adventure.

Cheers all.

Scott

Thanks for the welcome all. Currently working my way through the NADS discussion. Geez there is an awesome lot info here!

When I get a chance I'll upload photos of our setup to Members Rides and find some threads I can comfortably participate in (maybe something about IT and web design ... my mechanical knowledge is limited!).

Looking forward to meeting other members while we are on the road.

Are there forum stickers available to purchase by any chance?
