That was a pretty bad intro so here goes,
I drive a 1991 td42 wagon, pretty standard at the moment but I bought it for the sole purpose of a dual cab conversion, doing it myself so that should be coming up soon.
This is my second GQ, before i had a ute but the idea of a family sort of puts an end to that.
I'm a diesel fitter from up in Townsville, North Queensland, and am a keen pig hunter in my spare time.
Cheers

Hi and welcome to the forum heaps of tips and GQ info here,
are you just doing a flat sheet across the back? I saw one once where guy used pipe
for a rounded look, or you could move "D" pillar forward but a PITB.
Anyway I have soft spots for full size dual cabs.
jump in and enjoy.

Welcome to the forum mate. Post some pics up of the chop. I'm midway through mine, was planning to go dual cab but I changed my mind to an extra cab.

Style side or tray back?

Cheers!

Thanks guys :) I'm going a steel tray with just a flat wall, easiest cheapest option, and still practical, and I grew up on a cattle station out near winton in western qld, so that's where the name came from
