Gday.
I went for a wheel today at the glass house. It has changed heaps since the last time I was there. The rutted climb we did first was no challenge last time, this time the ruts were deeper the angles were more intence and there was one section I could not climb out of, I kept bottoming out on the chassis I had to take the chicken track around so I failed that hill.

The second climb is all rock ruts and step. Turning around at the bottom of the hill I shattered the passenger side CV. That ended my day. :( the problem with that was bearing cage in the cv shettered in to pieces no bigger than a 20c coin it jammed up and I couldnt tur right at all. I limped to a flat area at the top of a hill. Everytime I had to turn right I would drive off the track revearse full left and repeat if needed until I was in the right direction, lucky I had a stocked tool bag and a trolley jack I just pulled all broken bits out, put it all together then drove the rest of the day as a positive 3 wheel drive on the chicken tracks.
Here is a vid of a little creek run. Nothing difficult, it's just an nice place to be.
