View Full Version : Blinkers and Hazards not working

I own a 91 gq patrol 3.0 carby. all of a sudden my indicators and hazards stopped working i have checked the fuses and all is fine. I have pulled the relay out that is under the steering column and checked with a test light if there was power and there isn't im stumped where to go from here please help. :furious:

If the vehicle has the same basic circuit as a gq, a common problem is the connector behind the centre panel of the dash, may have not been fully pushed in and has fallen apart.

X2 with MudNut. Check the connection on the rear of the hazard button..

Thanks guys its a 91 model just realised what i wrote
have checked the hazard switch and couldnt see a problem cleaned it out with wd40 any way didnt help at all.
I hit the flasher relay with a hammer a few times and now working haha guess ill have to get a new one if it stops again
