HI all first of all great forum have been using it for problem solving for a while. I am looking at swapping out my old carby tb42 for an efi version, I have a motor lined up with harness and computer and all the bolt ons just wondering what else I will need to get that might have been left on the car or anything to check on the motor before handing over my hard earned. Any help will be appreciated I am a mechanic but trucks are a bit different to efi and computers haha.
Cheers

Hey mate, I know zip about carby and EFI but I found this below. I have heard It's a pretty intense conversion...

If you want to go down this path you will need a complete EFI set up (complete inlet manifold with injectors , throttle body etc, distributor-EFI Patrols had EI, wiring loom and computer, high pressure fuel pump and filter) off a wreck. It would be a big job.

Also, welcome to the forum mate, please put up an intro in the introductions section when you get a chance.
