NEVILLE REACHES 200,000 Ks

Neville the Nissan has just ticked over the magical 200,000K mark, only mechanical problem in that time was Alternator shearing off the pulley. .Other than 5000k oil changes and 5000k filters I'm more than happy with my Patrol.
How I got it you ask, looked on Carsales with a budget of $25,000, Saw Nev for $27,000 offered her $25k, she accepted the rest is history Bog stock when purchased and never been off road

109000 k She said one owner but there are signs it may of been in an Auction in its early life.
Doesn't have the power of my last 4x4 but it just does everything you ask, no fuss.supple off road
A PRO locker will go in, in the next few weeks, to further improve it Off road

Edit ,, fitted NADS at about 180,000 K I think, not long ago as Boots fitted it

Yes 200k is a milestone for any zd30 without having issues :). I'll swap patrols with you as I have clocked up nearly 100k on my gu in 2.5 years. The ole TD 42 is still going strong sailing into the 300's.

Certainly the 4.2 is the motor of choice, but mine shows no signs of slowing down ATM
All I knew at time of purchase was it had to have coils in all corners and be a Patrol,
bit boring to drive being an auto but hey you get that on the big jobs

I beat ya. over 314thou on mine...And feeling it too. Gotta do all the suspension again I reckon. Been there a long time and its a bit rough. But I need to sell a kidney first.
