Been a looking member for awhile but have more time now

Have gained very valuable help with the various posts here and have been grateful for the help.

Retired last year after losing wife to cancer and now starting to get out and about.

On my 2nd patrol after owning a 2000 3lt tdi that blew up when in Fitzroy Crossing in 2007.

Came across current 2006 4.2 tdti ST-S wagon when it was traded at work in 2007 with 20k on it.

Since buying have added winch, hella 4000's, homemade cargo barrier & drawers, roof rack & rooftop tent, Rear wheel carrier, pedders 2" lift & foam cells, Polyair bags, Allied thunder wheels 16x8 & BFG a/t to match caravan.

Have crossed the Simpson Desert off the bucket list in July 13, and Cape York in 2005

Had the rear bar bent & buckled 2 weeks ago when a merc van ran up the l/h rear quarter. Wrote the van off but Patrol will be off the road for 2 weeks while it is being fixed.
