Knocking/rattle when clutch pressed

Have a 94 4.2 diesel GQ. Am having an annoying sort of knocking/rattle noise when the clutch pedal is touched, even slightly. Can't figure out where it's coming from, when I'm in the car it sounds like its coming from the bottom front of the door (which it isn't). Any ideas?

Throw out bearing

Definately or possibly ? Thats the thrust bearing right? Only got the clutch and spigot replaced about 3000km ago.... Wouldn't the problem still happen even without the clutch pressed in?

Stuffed throw out bearing, is it noisy until you put the clutch most of way in?

No, just have to lightly touch pedal and it stops...

Throw out for sure, mines the same, seems to be pretty common, I'm too lazy to fix it till I need a new clutch or need to pull the box out for some reason
