Oxygen sensor values TB45E 2000

Hi team,

I have a 2000 gu wagon trying to improve the fuel usage just got a ecutalk today hooked it up and it is indicating the oxygen sensor is giving fluctuating results from 0.13 to 0.45 is this normal I am assuming not... I replaced the sensor only a few months ago just because the old one looked like it hadn't been done but the cable looked like it had been hot some time earlier ? Anyone know what the sensors should be outputting the rpm min 625 max 712

Sorry I don't own a 4.5 so I can't give you the O2 sensor readings at that RPM.

Here are the readings from the workshop manual at 2000RPM
