Hi Guys, saw a pic online about this and said to myself , yep I can do one of those , lol .
but had ADO yesterday and started to make , here some pic's of process regards Alex

You may find it will be stronger if its only say 150mm wide.
There is another style that fits behind your wheel with a parcel shelf on top
That you can stand on

I was thinking at the time that above number plate and on the inside I going to put a fuel can holder or 800mm TREDS holder , but I see how I go. have nothing on paper, lol :-)

I've thought of that but the door mechanism kept me back.
You don't want much weight on the doors as hinges are the weak point

that's funny about hinges , there a bloody spare wheel on the other door .. door still opens wide , I allowed for that all is looking good , hmmm so far lol

no plate still can be seen , check out next lot of pic's , cheers alex
you will be in deep troudle because the nomber plate cant be seen from a 45 degree angle.radars are at the side of road and the side
bar obstructs the view of the plate

Have you checked as I'm not 100% sure its legal to carry fuel where you want too.
Sorry to be party pooper.
Also put some gussets in those bottom 90 degree corners,
remember you cant squash a triangle

Just saw a DX wagon on the weekend with 2x dog boxes and a jerry can holder on the small rear door.
Did not look good and Patrol weighed 3.7ton empty, Had way too much shite on it

Number plate must be visible 45deg left, right and from above.
