ecu problems

I have tried both nissan dealership and independent service companies but the diagnostic computer won't read my ecu. I have several problems with my vehicle including won't accelerate and can't fix it without reading ecu. Does anyone know of someone in Brisbane who can help me

need to put in what patrol it is and what motor found this on your introduction
1999 Ti Patrol but we need more info so we can help
