oversize sump for 3.0 litre gu diesel

goodday.

just wondering if anyone has installed a slightly larger sump on their 3.0 litre diesel. Ive been told that this will increase the oil capacity and reduce oil overheating in my engine.
Im installing a new radiator from PWR and external transmission oil cooler.

The 3 Litre engine doesn't normally overheat ..... My temp needle has never moved on all four that I have had.

There is only one sump too ..... there was a modification to the early 2000 - 2001 models where they shortened the dipstick to give the motor a larger sump .... :)
