Hi There mate,

Just a newbie in this Forum and new into 4x4 world. I'm from Malaysia and working in Qatar. Just got my 1st 4x4 Patrol Super Safari TB45 few months ago (been into streets for so long,after try 4x4 I think 4x4 is more enjoyable). Need some info or help or if somebody have a wiring diagram that will be help.

I had a problem with my sub tank which is the sub tank light ON but when engine starts it's gone. When I push the button to transfer the fuel nothing happen. No lights everything. The subtank full with fuel (top up by the owner actually before he sell it to me).Things I already done;

1)Disconnect the battery 1/2 day and connect it back - Nothing happen
2)Check the fuel module behind the center console disconnect & reconnect it back - Also nothing happen
3)I already open the pump test it & it's running (direct test)

After all this tryouts suspected wiring problem or something. Hopefully somebody can give some idea or at least wiring diagram that will be ok for me. I've been try to solve this problems for 5 months since own this Patrol. Try to fix it until I surrender (because in Qatar here the charges for checking your car the price are nuts!Normally for us sending to garage will be the last options).

Also check your earth straps, you will find they are
not many clean under the straps some still have paint underneath bolt.
I added 2 extra earth leads, engine to chassis and chassis to body left front near radiator holes already there cheers
