New rims..need to get the right one

Hello guys...!!! I have a GQ 1992 TD42 high roof and i am planning on getting a new set of rims.
I want to get a 15x8 with offset -19mm and backspacing of 3.7". My question is will it fit my gq without having any lift?
Will there be an issue of clearance for the brake caliper etc.?
Hope i can get some advise from all u lots..

Forgot to mention that i also want to get 31x10.50 tyres

They will be fine mate. Your car comes standard with 15x7 or 15x8 depending on where you are and are likely to be a +10 Offset so your -19 will make the stance a little wider but your only fitting 31s so you will have no trouble at all that i can imagine.
