hey fellow Nissan friends have just came across this forum whilst comparing upgrades for my patrol. looking to chat with guys with that same model as mine that can lean me towards or away from aftermarket mods I have 2005 GU 4.2 turbo diesel ute

cheers thanks guys at the moment its still totally stock regularly serviced as per manual is still a baby only done 120 000 Im not that mechanical but do my best to research what I want. I would like to make it an all rounder as it is my work vehicle towing 2 -3 t most of the time I have come across the mandrel bent 3inc exhaust system with a steinbauer chip and also the roo system they sound like the do basically the same thing just wondering if any one can advise me the best way to go eventually I would also like to upgrade the turbo as it was originally bought through a business lease for four years I have test drove nearly every new 4wd to hit the market looking to upgrade but as im sure all you guys know it is not replaceable nothing has come close to impressing me enough to trade it in so I have decide to work on it and release the beast with in I also want to lift it 3-4 inches have had mixed reports on how I should go about it is coil front and leaf rear keen as to here all of your opinions and thanks for the warm welcome to the club

You should copy that post above and paste it in a new thread in a different category mate.

A lot of people don't read the intros and you may not get a good response.

hi mate I see your the closest to me as im on the Gold Coast. I was going to head up to Amms in Brisbane to have look at what they can do for me any suggestion on good performance mechanics close by
