power chips

I have a 2006 4.2 TD and was thinking of putting a power chip in it to make it perform a little better, just wondering what options are available. It has already has an up graded turbo and 3 inch mandril bent exhaust. I really want to reduce the turbo lag, I think the 285/75 tyres has made the turbo lag worse.

Chips not available for 4.2TD. You need a 3.0 litre for these. Sounds like your turbo set up needs a bit of finessing.

Maybe I should get a dyno tune that may show where the power lag is originating from. Probably should except that it 4wd and not a sprint car

nothing wrong with getting your 4by dyno'd its the best way to set up a turbo'd motor
