Ok, when going driving around here im the one that takes a heap of pics and vids.
Im only bringing my phone tomorrow and even though it takes some good pics im volunteering myself to do filming etc with someone else's camera/video camera if need be.
I know this is a sore point for you winnie:(.

Nearly passed out from dehydration taking son to parents place, then on the trip back I got 10mins down the road and noticed a small amount of smoke coming from under the bonnet, pulled over and couldn't see where is was originating from. Water temp was fine so kept on trucking, every so often when I pulled up at lights the smoke was still there. Got home 30mins later and popped the bonnet and guess what no smoke!

Hoping I might of dripped a bit of oil on the motor when checking levels before I left

Soon find out.

I finished the car today. Ordered a new superior tie rod but bloody TNT still havent delivered it. Brett at 4x4 Obsession was very good and lent me a rockhopper one. Put it in this arvo and DAMN the car is new again. ALL the slop gone out of steering. Ball joints must of been ROOTED. VERY VERY happy. No more shake either :D:D:D

I got chainsaw packed. Recovery gear. Swag and sleeping bag. Realised I dont have enough beer :( so might be a late night shopping spree soon. Might need a few beers to sleep tonight. Feels like going on school camp haha.

Just got home and am completely shagged. What a top weekend!
Great tracks and great people. So good to catch up with many of the Victorian blokes again to drive some fun tracks but also to meet some of our interstate Patrollers. A massive effort for them all to come down/up for this trip.
I would say to anyone sitting on the fence about going on one of our forum meet ups to get the splinters out of yer bum and get along......
I took bugger all photos but I have some in car footage that looks ok. Looks like I got part of the Brewery Tk descent in too which is pretty cool.
