Hey all, name is Tim
Thought i would sign up as i have found this site very useful so far, got my first GU wagon 4.5 petrol/gas auto about a month ago, must say i love it, had and still has a few issues, but so far i have been able to find most of what i need here :)

I have attached a pic of the day i get her

Welcome to the forum Tim, from another Tim.

My first GU was a 98 4.5l auto... was a great wagon, that spent a lot of time in the dunes here in WA... got a lot of mileage out the old girl too, trouble free. Only thing I had to replace was a starter motor.

Hope you enjoy the forum. Great bunch of knowledgeable people here who are only too willing to help if you need it.

Glad i found it, so far found everything i have needed

Yes Highlander i have starter going on mine, but im at 354xxxkm so i guess its about time, motor is strong as still :)

yeah its getting there, will get her on members rides when i get a bit of spare time, if im not fixing cars/4wd's im out using my patrol for its intended purpose :) dunes here i come again
