Need advice on oil.

Hey guys I need some advice on which oil to use. As i am going to start doing my own servicing. I have a zd30 Di. I have read on the forum that most use the delo 400 and castrol magnatec.

Is there any tricks to changing the oil filter. Is it just a screw off and screw on the new one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Screw off replace filter screw on do not over tighten

Cartridge type filter with metal housing , once removed the replaceable filter cartridge is inside it . Left side just under the turbo , 1/2 inch drive socket fitting , usually a long handled breaker bar or ratchet to r & r is the go , if you have dual batteries there is not much room to play but it can be done .
