Dunno what I'm getting. What I do know is the Indian givers in-laws expect the girls to be at a 10am breaky for fathers day..
I wanna spend time tinkering.. Not on bloody breakfast... Owell, keep em happy I suppose..
But I get the rest of the day with my girls..

Brads daughter bailed this afternoon in favour of spending the night with Poppy & Nanma .... Think she forgot what tomorrow is but it's cool - she hasn't seen them for sooooo long ...

We did Fathers Day today as the forecast for tomorrow was just too good to not go for a surf:wink:

Great lunch at a cafe in the Valley, then took the boys down to Manjedal where we were married. First time we've been back since we tied the knot and it was a bloody AWESOME day.

We did ours today moving the scaffolding. It's so easy giving directions from the ground :)

Yup lot's of love for me from my 6 month old boy this morning, and will spend the whole day with him and the handbrake. That's all that matters!
And to top it off, he slept great last night and let us sleep in a bit! :)

A sleep in is the best present a 6 month old can give you.

Thanks, MEGO. It means a lot

My 4 adult sons are carrying on the tradition with me.

Although they don't live with us, I don't expect any pressies. It means much more to me when they say,
"love you Dad".

Take care out there.

I got to go fishing with one of my kids today, but only caught a big gurnard. Wasn't gunna risk getting zapped, so back it went.

Normally catch em drifting for flathead. Years ago I caught them in. Port Phillip bay. The good ol' days :)

Gurnard are like big-eyed freaky flathead, but they are taller and have poisonous spines on their back, and gills and fins. They have nice- eating flesh, but unless you have the right gear to kill and de-spine them, they are just too dangerous. We used to kill and then fillet them, but my brother got the tiniest of touches of a spine on a knuckle, and his hand blew up to two times its size. He said the pain was maddening.

Scored a reverse Camera for the GUIV. Was a little surprised but stoked.

Spent the evening fitting it up and now have auto on reverse cam built into my rear vision Mirror. Sweet.

Wife is a massage therapist and works a a trainer for the local footy team and they played the finals yesterday (lost) so she was working match day there from 10am till 6pm. The kids and I had a cuddle. Kool.

Instead of a book this year, I got a Toblerone which my kids promptly ate. We also had my folks and the missus folks come round for a late BBQ lunch.
