I would like to post some pics in my posts but im told im not allowed to post attachments. Can anyone please help me with this.

Hi mate, you should be able to post attachments.

Are the photos big in quality?

The biggest picture size to upload is only 1.9mb. If your photos are bigger than that the forum won't be able to upload the attachments.

If thats the case, have a read of the link below which explains how to reduce the size of your photos to upload.

If its something else then let me know and I'll see what I can do.

I have looked everywhere on my profile and settings and there is nowhere that says I can attach a photo. I know my way around computors quite well put im stumped on this one.

Hi Mate,

what are you trying 2 achieve, are you trying to change your Avatar, the picture displayed beside you post or the profile picture which is only displayed when someone looks at your profile page.

or are you trying to attach a pictures to your post? my profile and settings has nothing to do with posting pictures in a post

If your trying to attach a photo to a post then click on "Go Advanced" at the bottom right of this screen. This will bring up more options when posting. From there you can use the http://www.nissanpatrol.com.au/forums/images/editor/attach.png symbol to attach a photo/s.

Is this what you were after?
