Sounds good I used to live in Bagot Rd ,
Anyway what condition is your intercooler in? oily on the outside?
if it is chances are its leaking, I ended up fitting a Tigged Intercooler
and found my EGTs were more stable and boost constant. I also have a larger scoop
My point being how can you adjust boost properly if its leaking out

Wasn't in bad condition no oil on outside
Although did discover the top tank on radiator is leaking so might be time to fit a aftermarket one
Intercooler will be replaced in due corse
Where did your intercooler come from ?

Just Throw some Flakes in your cooling system ,does no harm and stops leak in 2min flat.
Look in the Vendor section for Diesel Smart, I cant praise them enough Cheapest change over Intercoolers out there
Pressure tested to 60psi, 33% bigger and 5 yr warranty, all around $400 ,
Some are asking stupid amounts of money for intercoolers , These were the cheapest I could find, the workmanship is faultless BTW
Send them A PM I'm sure they are more than happy to sort you out.
I never have to worry about my IC for a while, One less thing

Late edit, Clean your MAF too ,spray is available from Jaycar or SCA, always handy to have

WOW got to be happy with that an
extra 20 KW just by fitting a manual boost controller
Cant see but what are your torque figures?
Now fit a chip and a bigger exhaust you may hit the 150Kw mark
Looks like your power comes on quicker too. who's a happy camper now

Hell no. You can't seriously expect a 55kw gain from a chip and exhaust. Maybe 10-15,and that is a good increase! 100kw is very good power for a zd30
