Just had a look. Not very impressed with their search function. According to them there were no Nissan Patrols before 2007, & even when using 2007 & after the result is 'there are no products that match this search criteria. Using other searches reveals that their products offer limited choice. I couldn't find any Bridgestones to make a comparison with what I paid recently. Their BFG equivalent cost slightly more & doesn't include fitting & balancing, & the 10000km tyre rotations for life that I got buying locally. Personally I'd be wary of any online tyre sellers unless they were significantly cheaper than local. If there were any problem, returning them & getting the matter sorted could be a real hassle, with room for the seller to blame the fitter & vice versa, let alone removing the tyres, & transporting them to a freight depot at your cost. Yep they would have to be real cheap for me to consider buying tyres online. Even if buying local means a few dollars extra (mine from Tyrepower didn't), the same person is supplying & fitting & going back to him is relatively straightforward in the event of a problem.
Them's my thoughts for what there worth.

There are some things I just like to touch and feel. Tyres are 4 of them. They do have an ABN

Sometimes cheap is not cheap. I get good service from Bob Jane.

Yea your probably right, good to be able to see the product in person. I was just looking at getting bfg's all terrain and there 150 a tire cheaper a tire then what Bridgestone quoted me. That's before fitting and aligning. The do have an abn number and claim tyres are no more then 5 years old. Thought if got tyres through them get my local to fit. All be sweet. But maybe not hmmm

A couple of months back I paid $260 each for Bridgestone D697 all terrains 265/75R16. One local place quoted me $255 but I went for the $260 at Tyrepower because I've had good service from them in the past.

Others have mentioned being charged quite high prices for fitting & balancing tyres bought elsewhere. I seem to recall up to $40 per corner being mentioned, although I'd reckon that would have to be at the extreme end of the scale.

Yea dealers aren't to far apart when I get prices just that these tyres Are almost half the price, was looking on eBay for them when come across this company. in the end i guess its a lot easier dealing with your local then someone 400 Kms away.
