Hey guys
I have been thinking lots recently about either removing gas or going dedicated gas on my dual fuel Mav. I am tired of either having great running gas and shite petrol or visa versa.. So I have decided that I will be going straight gas. I haven't seen a straight gas setup face to face before and had a big read on a lot of things tonight.
However I can't seem to find anything telling me how to do this setup there's plenty saying 'Use a 425 or 225 mix with an e convertor' or 'I have used this mixer with this convertor and this throttle body' etc.. So I am asking if this is the sequence of air intake for a dedicated gas turbo setup;
Snorkel -> Air Filter -> Turbo -> Gas Converter -> Gas Mixer -> Throttle Body -> TB42e Manifold
If this is correct I am looking at using TB42e manifold with a Ford XF Throttle Body an Impco 425 Mixer don't know what converter yet and don't know what turbo but that will be later on would rather get the dedicated gas right first. Also what is involved with setting up the throttle body I have everything else pretty much covered up till there..
Anything else that may help me along the line please chuck your 2c in especially if something I have said is wrong! :)
