GQ tb 42 wont start

My GQ patrol tb 4.2 efi won't start its got fuel and spark if I take coil plug off the dizzy cap and sit it on chassis but no spark to the plug leads changed leads plugs dizy cap and roter button any help would be good thanks.

Could be a timing issue, if it already has spark and fuel.....
