05 GU advice.

Just taken ownership of an 05 3.0, and thirsty for any advice on these units. The engine is stock apart from a fuel/water separator and a DP chip. I would like to fit an EGR block, catch can and boost gauge. From the little research I have done, these seem to be the first things I should be doing.
Your thoughts??

Get an EGT gauge and boost gauge first

Thanks Limmy, any suggestions on type, or brand? I'm a mechanic, so fitting them is not a problem although my experience on automotive stuff is way out of date, decent instructions would be a definite bonus.

Thanks Boots, I do want a better exhaust but I'm not sure how the DP chip affects this. I'm guessing the vehicle would need to be dyno'd to ensure the turbo doesn't get damaged due to incorrect back pressure.

you want EGT gauge in CELCIUS. And boost gauge im PSI format.

Most of forum members go VDO, autometer , autron. I personally got racetech brand.

Just dont buy cheap gauges.
