A troublesome rookie from Fremantle!

Hey guys, I own a Patrol 1996 2.8 TD since a few months and I really really love it. I bought it to go travelling up North, but then life has delayed my plans so I decided to take it out for some 4wding.

BUT

My inexperience (and bad companies lol) drove me to almost kill it (the mechanic reckons it's a miracle if it's still alive), so now I need all the possible advice to bring it back to full health.
