Hey guys,

I have a problem with my Patrol from 1990 with a RB30 Engine.

If the engine will be warm it is cogging sometimes. I replaced the fuel and air filter - no improvement. I called the RACQ. He said it is a fuel problem because it isn't clogging all the time. Often in roundabouts, if I turn or at 4WD tracks.

Another mechanic said he can't believe that it is a fuel problem with a new filter. So he tought it is a issue with the spark plugs, coil or general eletric.

Had anybody the same problem? Or can anybody give me some tips what it can be and what I can do?

Regards

G'day mate,
couple of things.
I don't understand the problem. What do you mean by COGGING or CLOGGING?
Also could you give us a few details on your profile page and maybe a few words on the introduction page .
thanks
Col

As Col said, few words on the introduction page mate would be the correct thing to do before asking for any assistance, just a good way to get everyone on side from the start.

How about dirty carby or butterfly not opening. Fuel pump worn or a loose connection as it seems to be bumpy or hard corners work it loose
