Hi All

I have been around this forum doing R&D for a SAS -however plan changed - Anyhow, I started 4by in a D22 Nav - bought stock and modded it until I realized that IFS will not suit to my liking. So sold the Navara last weekend

which I bought the GU last weekend 20th of July 2013 - it is stock apart from DPCHIP, DVD player, Roof Rack/Roof basket/ UHF 40 channel.

After buying the GU - it was a bit Smokey - so straight away done a lot of research and found possible solutions - so last Sunday we've done a good service - all fluid flushed and changed - all filters changed - straight away improved the smoking - however I will also do a oil catch can /MAF change and EGR Block.

Today we completed the Suspension setup - 3" lift Kit Ultima shocks and King Springs, Gab Steering Damper and Tough Dog Front and Rear Panhards - 15x8 -22 White Steel wheels and 33" M/T bighorns, extended brake lines, finally caster bushes changed.

So so far I have - car is serviced and mods are

Diesel Chip - DP Chip
3" exhaust - Liverpool Exhaust with EGR Blocked
Mud Tyres 35" x 5 - 4 Maxxis Bighorns and 1 Mudstar - near new
15x10 -22 Sunnies
Silicone Intercooler Hoses
Aftermarket Intercooler
Steel Winch Bar- genuine Nissan
Fishing Rod Holder
12000 lbs Hercules Winch
UHF Radio 40 Channel with Aerial - Uniden
Kenwood single din with Roof 10" DVD
Snorkel - Tigerz11
3" lift w/30mm spacer & CASTER Correction Bushes - 4" Ultima Shocks
Extended Diff Breathers
Extended Brake Lines Tough Dog
Steering Damper - Ultima
Front and Rear Adjustable Panhard - Tough Dog
Dual Battery Tray - ARB not installed yet
Cargo Barrier - Genuine Nissan
Radiator Hose and Belt - New from Road Runner
Toolbox - Rhino
Roof Rack ARB 3/4
Side Awning
Hi Lift and Shovel Holder - Roo System
9" driving light - Calibre Raptors
IPF Roof Rack Light LED lights
Air Compressor
MAF - Genuine Nissan
Boost Gauge
Gauge holder
Thermostat and Water pump - Road Runner
New PAds and Rotors all around
High Lift Jack & complete recovery Gears

My plan is to make this GU track and touring friendly - so next mods are

Rear wheel carrier
Front e-Locker

Quick update to every and I will take photos later this arvo

Driving Lights mounted but wiring isn't right - so not working still :-)
Snorkel is in - bought from Tigerz11 - fitting is actually nice and cannot complain for $89 bucks Brand New
and last weekend my EGR plumbing broken off and Dump pipe came off the back of turbo - th exhaust system
is the original back from the factory so cannot complain about it. So then yesterday I am forced to do the
whole dump to back system out of plan - took it to Liverpool exhaust - so now I am driving with new Diesel Cat
3" all the way to the back with couple of muffler so it is a bit quiet for the mrs and our son. Also while in the shop
Jimmy from Liverpool Exhaust blocked my EGR.

I will take photos later on - so my next mod in my list is to Wire up my drive lights properly - install the Diff Breather extensions
rear extension brake line and then mount my Winch

I just got the Patrol serviced again

This time changed all diff oil/tc oil and gearbox oil
Also extended the rear brake lines and changed fuel filter

However found another gremlin in the patrol - I got a slow
Coolant leak so she is booked on Monday to get this fix might
Get my mate to check the oil leak as well then change belts

Hopefully all this servicing will make my patrol more healthier
And give me more Kms out of this Zd30 Di engine

Will post photos later

finally got my Cargo Barrier from a forum member who I swapped with my GU Wheels, then from 3" to 4" lift with caster corrections
plus Dual battery kit ready for install when I can, plus I deleted my middle muffler to a straight pipe - then My next Mods will be

1. Manual hubs
2. Auto Front Locker

why? cause I'm cheap and cannot afford $1800 Plus for elocker or air locker - plus
if I want rock sliders and rear wheel, then I have to be cheap with my locker.

here couple of photos
