GU RD28t Head to GQ

Hi guys just a quickie can anyone please tell me if a head off of a 1999GU 2.8 turbo is the same as a 1997 GQ Rd28Turbo.

I'm not sure on the head mate but there are a lot of differences between them (turbo, manifolds, etc). As a pure guess I would say no but hopefully someone can confirm....
