Battery flat

Hi guy my battery has gone flat again. I have a 92 gq 4.2 petrol wagon. I have not driven it for a week and all light have been switched off since the battery went flat last time any got any ideas why it has gone flat again (I have a new battery). Also what should the volt metre be at when I drive around it is around the 13 mark.

You have a residual current draw somewhere, If you are handy with a multimeter you can set the meter up in series (set to amps) at the battery and watch the reading as you pull fuses out one at a time until you find which circuit is drawing power.
It could also be a faulty alternator back feeding current, test as above but disconnect the alternator.
If none of the above makes sense to you then you will need to take it to an auto sparky.
