I just got a gq nissan patrol 91 long wheel base and cargo windows rusted do I get ones I found original no rust one little scratch on frame or aliminium ones???

Original pair $250 with glass
Aliminium ones are $390

Whats your gut feeling, depends if your keeping patrol for a long time etc.
On those prices I'd go the OE one, leaves $140 for other "stuff"

Alloy ones, only a matter of time before the originals rust out

I went one piece Windows.. Less attraction for light fingers in the cargo area if they can't get in..

You used to be able to get new original rear window frames from Nissan dealers, I had to replace mine approx. 10yrs ago as they were rusting, I found that mud can build up in the tracks blocking the drain and rusting the body, you can also end up with water inside the qtr. panel, you need to make sure you wash around the windows regularly.
