Hi all

I was wondering is anyone has any experience with the below canvas seat covers. I realise that they are not MSA etc, however at about a third of the price I thought I would ask.

thanks in advance

Being ebay items you can check the sellers feedback,
For canvas I reckon they are well over priced as good canvas is $15-$20 a metre.
Just use $30 Kmart ones of choice and change every Year that's all I do.

I reckon that is a pretty good price for what you get. I have Black Duck covers in my GUIV and rate them Highly. They have taken a hiding and look great. I bought them second had about 4 years ago off ebay and have been on the car since. I paid $160 for them then.

If you have the coin then these will last you 10 years of daily use. or take them off when not touring but i leave mine on permanently. If they are any good (and they might be ;) ) then you could get 5 years out of them and still sell them for 50% of their value and be bloody happy with that. So Hardy.

I like mine and have no regrets. Actually the only regret i do have is that the previous owner of my car did not use them before i bought the car.

It it a case of one style fits all as I have Strato front buckets.
Or do I need custom like Mego. LOL

Mine are taylor made for the GUIV with Electric seats. even the flip down arm rests in the back seats are catered for. That Link from Schanmala looks good but is up there cost wise. Makes the original ebay links even more of a bargain i reckon.

Definitely not, IMO if canvas covers were one size fits all, they'd be a crap fit. They don't stretch, so need to be made for specific seats. I'm very happy with my Black Duck's. they were a very tight fit to put on, but are now beginning to mold to the seats nicely. I did wonder how they would be to sit on, having been accustomed to lambskin covers on my last few cars, but find myself liking them more & more, & they don't hold the dust like the lambskins did. Easier to slide my bum across as I get in.

Got a mate who's an upholsterer, might have to get him on it.
@ Cuppa not wrong with the Lambswool holding dust. I just fitted $12
heated inlays and I highly recommend them hi and low setting.
Can leave on no probs [SO FAR}

I put a set of the TJM one's on 2 years ago, I have a set of seats out of a half cut jap import with high bolster so they gradually move sideways and except for the little fluro tabs, (bit too bling for me) have been great.
