Catch can install, now to clean intake manifold and Intercooler?

I've installed my provent 200, well all most done just need some bolts and a little bracket.

Anyway I've read that the Intercooler and intake manifold should be cleaned aslwell.

Can someone shed some light on the best way to go about doing this?
What do I take out and what to use to clean them,
Pictures would be most helpful.
