4.8 Oil pressure/ other engine failures

Afternoon all,
Wondering whether anyone has or knows any info/anyone has had any oil or other issues causing engine failure in TB48. The one I have has 2 buggered big ends and cracks to front alloy cover behind harmonic balancer, which suggest major vibration at time of failure. Have heard another scenario where oil pump has failed. Valves are not to good either and as for the rest of it I am still looking.
Any info much appreciated. If any one has any 4.8 engine parts for sale, please let me know.

Not good I take it a rebuild is only option.
I would think a 2nd hand petrol would be reasonably cheap to buy

Could be anything. Replaced the motor in my 4.8 last year due to it blowing up from last owner lack of service.

$13500 to supply and install a new motor just so you know what cost is
