G'day lads,

I'm sorry, I realise that there are other threads on this subject and I did read them, but they didn't really answer my question.

My large bucket hands aside, I'm having drama's getting the clips on the rear of the headlight casing open. They open to the side and the bottom, yet I can't seem to workout how it opens on the bottom. I've tried to pry it, but it feels like any more pressure and I'll crack the mechanism. I've got a bull bar so going from the grill side is out.

Seriously, I've changed light bulbs for 20 years and haven't had prob's like this before. I feel like a muppet...

Any help appreciated gents.

Are you trying to replace the LHS bulb? this is the hardest one to do.

Try removing the RHS bulb then you will easily be able to see how it comes out.

From memory, taking the lid off the air cleaner and pulling it aside helps to get down there. Expect some hand bruising and loss of skin all will be well. Thankfully you don't need to do this job every week.
